Job Description: Import / Export Daily Operations a) Perform daily inbound shipment tasks: Monitoring import shipments via pre alert and ensuring timely customs data to be sent to customs broker Validation and investigation of system generated data and its discrepancies against the physical shipment documents and perform correction of discrepancies to ensure accuracy of data sent to broker Monitoring and filing of any shipment discrepancies Update daily tracker file to record all import shipments Logging of IT tickets for errors found in SAP system b) Support daily requests for Commercial Invoice: Attend to requests to amend or trigger Commercial invoices Logging of IT tickets for errors found in SAP system c) Perform daily outbound shipment tasks: Validation and investigation of system generated data and its discrepancies against physical shipment documents and correction of discrepancies to ensure accuracy of data sent to customs broker Monitoring and filing of any shipment discrepancies Clear data incompleteness checks for export declarations in SAP system Logging of IT tickets for errors found in SAP system Job Requirements Bachelor's degree holder With minimum 3-5 years of working experience relating to Trade Compliance or Import & Export operation. Good communication skills with ability to interact with cross functional groups across different region.
