About the role As Senior Manager Digital Production, you'll drive the strategy, performance and ongoing enhancement of Allianz Australia’s digital platforms. You'll lead major digital initiatives, optimise customer experiences, and build future-ready production capabilities that leverage data, automation and emerging technologies to deliver exceptional digital outcomes for customers and the business Key Responsibilities: Lead and optimise Allianz Australia’s digital platforms and channels, ensuring seamless, accessible and high-performing customer experiences across websites, mobile apps, microsites and digital services. Own the digital channel roadmap, using customer, commercial and performance insights to prioritise initiatives and drive continuous improvement across platform experiences. Deliver digital transformation initiatives, including CMS migrations, design language updates, platform enhancements and strategic digital change programs from planning through to implementation and adoption. Evaluate and guide digital initiatives by assessing business impact, customer outcomes, accessibility, SEO/GEO, technology requirements and operational readiness to support informed decision-making. Lead cross-functional teams and delivery partners to successfully execute digital projects, managing priorities, resources, risks, dependencies and delivery outcomes. Build and enhance digital production capability by improving governance, processes and ways of working, while leveraging automation, AI and emerging technologies to drive efficiency, innovation and scalability. About you To be successful in this role, you will have: Extensive experience leading digital production, digital platforms or digital experience teams within a large, complex organisation. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Digital, Marketing, Technology, Business or a related discipline, with experience leveraging emerging technologies, automation and AI to enhance digital capability. Proven ability to develop and execute digital strategies, roadmaps and transformation initiatives that deliver measurable business and customer outcomes. Strong technical understanding of digital technologies, content management systems, website operations, accessibility, SEO/GEO, analytics and digital experience best practice. Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with technology, marketing, product and business stakeholders to deliver digital solutions. Demonstrated ability to use customer insights, performance data and analytics to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement. Strong leadership, stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and lead through change.
