About the Role Accenture is seeking experienced SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) professionals to join our SAP practice. This role is suitable for SAP professionals with strong functional knowledge of manufacturing, production planning, quality management, and end-to-end supply chain processes. You will work with business and technology stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize SAP S/4HANA PP/QM solutions, helping clients improve production efficiency, quality controls, process standardization, and operational performance. Key ResponsibilitiesLead or support end-to-end SAP PP/QM implementations, S/4HANA transformations, rollouts, enhancements, and support engagements. Gather business requirements and design SAP solutions across production planning, manufacturing execution, material requirements planning, capacity planning, and quality management. Configure and support SAP PP processes including master data, Bills of Material (BOM), routings, work centers, production versions, MRP, production/process orders, capacity planning, and production confirmation. Configure and support SAP QM processes including quality planning, inspection planning, inspection lots, results recording, usage decisions, quality notifications, and quality certificates. Facilitate fit-to-standard and solution design workshops, perform fit-gap analysis, and translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations. Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams across MM, SD, EWM, PM, FI/CO, and other relevant modules to deliver integrated end-to-end business processes. Support data migration, functional and integration testing, UAT, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and continuous improvement activities. Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or another relevant discipline. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in SAP PP, SAP QM, manufacturing systems, or related SAP functional consulting roles. Hands-on experience in SAP PP and/or QM configuration and end-to-end implementation or rollout projects. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, MRP, production execution, and/or quality management processes. Experience with requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support. Ability to work effectively with business users, process owners, and technical teams in complex transformation environments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Preferred QualificationsHands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA PP/QM and Fit-to-Standard implementation approaches. Experience integrating PP/QM with MM, EWM, SD, PM, FI/CO, or other SAP modules. Exposure to repetitive manufacturing, process manufacturing, subcontracting, batch management, variant configuration, or advanced planning scenarios. Experience with SAP Fiori applications and modern S/4HANA manufacturing processes. Experience in manufacturing, consumer products, chemicals, automotive, life sciences, resources, or other production-intensive industries.
