We value diversity, inclusion and sustainability as we strive to make a positive impact on the world.  Our development programs help support your growth, shaping your future and pushing the boundaries of innovation to unleash potential. 【会社概要】 ASMはオランダに本社を置く、半導体製造装置業界のリーディングカンパニーです。特にALD（Atomic Layer Deposition）・Epitaxy・CVDといった「原子レベルの薄膜形成技術」を強みとし、AI、先端ロジック半導体、3Dメモリなど、最先端半導体の量産を支えています。 【仕事内容】 Senior Manager, Service Engineerとして、半導体製造装置のフィールドサービスエンジニアリング組織をリードいただきます。 顧客先における装置の安定稼働と高いサービス品質を実現するため、Service Engineerチームのマネジメント、技術課題や顧客エスカレーションへの対応、人員・業務計画、サービス品質・KPIの管理、メンバー育成などを幅広く担当します。 また、国内の顧客や関係部門だけでなく、ASMの海外拠点、開発部門、Product Support、Service Operationsなどとも連携し、複雑な技術課題の解決やサービスプロセスの継続的な改善を推進します。 具体的には： ・Service Engineerチームのマネジメントおよび組織運営 ・チームメンバーの目標設定、育成、コーチングおよびキャリア開発 ・顧客先における半導体製造装置（ALD、Epitaxy、PECVD等）の設置・立ち上 げ、保守、トラブル対応、アップグレード業務の統括 ・装置トラブルや重大な技術課題に対するエスカレーション対応、および迅速な 問題解決のリード ・顧客との定期的なコミュニケーションを通じたサービス品質および顧客満足度の向上 ・装置稼働率、サービス品質、安全、対応スピード等のKPI管理および改善 ・顧客要求や業務量に応じた人員配置、リソース計画および優先順位管理 ・本社・海外拠点・開発部門・Product Support等との連携による技術課題の解決 ・フィールドで得られた技術情報や顧客フィードバックの社内関連部門への共有 ・サービスプロセスの標準化、業務効率化および継続的改善の推進 ・Service Engineerの技術力向上に向けたトレーニングおよびスキル開発の推進 ・社内外の関係者との調整およびサービスに関する各種レポーティング ・ASMの安全・品質・コンプライアンス基準に基づくサービス業務の徹底 ・必要に応じた重大トラブルや緊急案件への対応 応募資格： 【必須（MUST）】 ・学士以上、理工系学部の専攻者 ・日本語：流暢 ・英語：ビジネスレベル ※海外拠点との会議、メール、技術資料・社内資料等で英語を使用します ・半導体製造装置業界、または関連業界でのフィールドサービス経験 ・フィールドサービス、装置エンジニアリング、カスタマーエンジニアリング、または関連する技術職の実務経験10年以上 ・チームまたは組織をリードしたマネジメント経験 ・外資系企業での経験 【ASMの魅力】 日本ではPEALD・PECVDを中心としたプラズマ成膜技術の開発をはじめ、最先端半導体製造を支えるさまざまな技術・サービスに携わっています。 外資系企業でありながら長年にわたり日本で研究開発活動を続けており、日本のエンジニアがグローバルな製品開発・顧客サポートに重要な役割を果たしています。 多様なバックグラウンドを持つメンバーと協働するグローバルな環境で、日常的に英語を活用する機会があります。また、海外拠点との共同プロジェクトや海外出張など、グローバルに活躍する機会もあります。 Apply today to be part of what’s next.
