India Apply now Job Description Lead Consultant(Product/Domain) Bangalore, Karnataka Job Summary SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) & Performance Management Goal Management (PMGM) Lead Consultant Experience 8+ Years in SAP HCM / SAP SuccessFactors Minimum 5+ Years of Hands-on Experience in SuccessFactors EC and PMGM Role Summary We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors EC & PMGM Lead Consultant to drive solution design, implementation, enhancements, and support initiatives across global HR landscapes. The role requires strong functional expertise in Employee Central and Performance & Goal Management along with stakeholder management, solution governance, and delivery leadership capabilities. Key Responsibilities Employee Central (EC) Lead design and configuration of Employee Central solutions. Configure Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Business Rules, and Workflows. Manage organizational structure, position management, event reasons, and employee lifecycle processes. Support global template design and localization requirements. Lead data migration, validation, and deployment activities. Ensure data integrity and compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements. Performance & Goal Management (PMGM) Design and configure Goal Plans, Performance Forms, Route Maps, Rating Scales, and Competencies. Lead annual performance review and goal-setting cycles. Configure Continuous Performance Management (CPM), Calibration, and 360 Feedback processes. Support performance transformation initiatives and process optimization. Troubleshoot and resolve complex PMGM configuration and process issues. Solution Design & Delivery Conduct workshops and requirement gathering sessions with HR stakeholders. Prepare Functional Design Documents, Configuration Workbooks, and Solution Design Documents. Review business requirements and propose scalable SuccessFactors solutions. Lead SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production deployment activities. Provide estimation, planning, and delivery governance for projects and enhancements. Integration & Reporting Support integrations between SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Payroll, SAP CPI/Integration Suite, and third-party applications. Collaborate with technical teams on OData/API-based integrations. Support reporting, analytics, and audit requirements. Stakeholder & Team Leadership Act as the functional lead for EC and PMGM workstreams. Mentor junior consultants and offshore teams. Engage with client HR leadership and business stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification. SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Certification. Experience in global SuccessFactors implementations. Experience in AMS and support engagements. Exposure to Compensation, Succession, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Learning modules.
