Strategic Cloud GTM Leader – AWS Ecosystem Business Unit This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing organization, driving innovation and growing the adoption of AWS cloud. This role will require you to build a scale through strategic initiatives by working closely with industry leaders and partners. This is a high paced, CXO facing role that would need individuals to be creative in presenting innovative services frameworks and advise customers on their Cloud Adoption journey.As a senior leader you will be responsible for developing opportunity pipeline, evangelizing cloud computing, and driving user adoption across industries. You will also be responsible for building the AWS go-to-market through both your dedicated team and the cross-functional ecosystem. This profile will be reporting directly to the AWS Ecosystem Head within HCLTech.Your goal is to grow the AWS footprint with overall responsibility for driving business development and brand awareness while managing existing relationship with clients, partners and other industry leaders. Key Responsibilities Drive adoption of AWS’ full stack of services into a set of Enterprise customersDevelop and execute business unit ambitions in building AWS business, customer references, sell-to, sell-with professional services business.Develop relationships and engage with cross-functional and partner ecosystems to extend reach and drive adoptionBuild and leverage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to further adoption of AWS services in the marketLead a Customer Obsessed business that delights our customers Skill Requirements 15+ years of overall experienceRich and diverse background and understanding of Global Business, Outsourcing markets and partnership managementExperience in Cloud Ecosystem partners (AWS preferred)Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skillsHigh energy level with a positive dispositionSelf-starter who is customer focused, innovative and passionate with ability to quickly learn, multi-task and exhibit a high-level commitmentAbility to understand and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud technology spaceSecuring contracts in AWS, large Migration, Managed Services, IT Infrastructure Management, Custom Application Hosting etc.,Making technical presentations and demonstrating how cloud products meet client needsBusiness Development/Sales background that enables to engage at all levels of a customer and partner organization, including CXO-levels of the business and ITPrepared to develop and execute against a territory coverage plan business objectiveDevelop long-term strategic relationships with key companiesMaintain an accurate forecast and various business reportsPossess the technical ability to explain Cloud Computing, Infrastructure solutions & Internet architecturesCreate and collate content for proposalsProgram-manage small pursuits, Create and maintain knowledge artifactsDemonstrate AI awareness, its applicability and usage as part of opportunitiesDemonstrate understanding of AWS cloud native services and more importantly in Agentic AI services like Transform, Bedrock, AgentCore, Kiro…..Responsible to establish and grow business and technical relationships and managing the day-to-day interactions with partners and internal sales teams.The candidate should possess both a business/sales background that enables them to engage at the CXO level and field level, as well as strong technical competency focused on the IT landscape and cloud computing.
