Key Responsibilities Role Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Test Automation Engineer with strong experience in the Banking industry , preferably within the Business Banking domain. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in Accounts and Payments processes and a proven track record of designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks using INGenious / Playwright . Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reusable test automation frameworks using INGenious Playwright and Java . Develop, execute, and maintain automated test suites for functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing. Build and integrate automated test execution into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps . Analyze test execution results, investigate failures, identify defects, and support resolution activities. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for test automation frameworks, processes, and quality engineering practices. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives. Required Skills Domain Expertise Experience in the Banking industry and understanding of Business Banking processes and operations. Technical Skills (Must Have) Playwright Java Selenium Automation framework design and development Test automation best practices Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) API Testing and Automation (REST APIs) Development & DevOps Tools Git Maven Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline integration and maintenance Testing Expertise Functional Testing Regression Testing Integration Testing End-to-End Testing Test Planning and Test Strategy Defect Lifecycle Management Secondary Skills TypeScript JavaScript Experience 6+ years of experience in Test Automation and Quality Engineering. Proven experience in implementing automation solutions within enterprise-scale projects. Experience integrating automated tests into continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
