Job Description: Job Overview Sets up and operates machines and tools to perform various manufacturing operations and maintains them to adhere to quality standards. Jouw taken Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het productieproces. Je kan machines instellen a.d.h.v. procesparameters en volgt het proces ook nauwkeurig op. Jij zorgt dat het eindproduct correct van de band rolt. Treedt er een afwijking of storing op? Geen enkel probleem, jij analyseert het probleem en stuurt bij waar mogelijk. Kwaliteit is essentieel. Jij controleert de geproduceerde delen zodat we onze kwaliteitsgarantie kunnen behouden! Je werkt steeds volgens de geldende veiligheidsprocedures en draagt actief bij aan een veilige werkomgeving. Dient een nieuw product geproduceerd te worden, neem jij het heft in handen. Je zorgt ervoor dat het productieproces wordt omgesteld zodat het nieuwe product snel van de band kan rollen! In het kader van opleiding (richttijd: 1 jaar) zal je starten doorheen de week in wisselploeg (5u tot 13u en 13u tot 21u afwisselend elke week), na de opleiding wordt later overgeschakeld naar de nachtploeg (21u tot 5u). Jouw profiel Iemand met GIT (Goesting In Techniek)! Heb je een technisch diploma behaald? Super, dan heb je alvast een goede basis! Heb je niet het diploma, maar wel een uitgebreide ervaring opgebouwd in een gelijkaardige job? Geen probleem, dan kan je ons misschien wel overtuigen van jouw kwaliteiten! Kunstofverwerking is geen interesse, maar een passie. Je hebt het of niet! Als teamplayer communiceer je helder en duidelijk bij een ploegoverdracht zodat het proces steeds vlot kan blijven lopen.
