If you want to work in an open culture where your uniqueness is valued, join our team as an: eCommerce Marketplace & Pureplay National Account Manager Field Based - Travel to Reading HQ | UK | Full-time | Permanent As eComm Marketplace & Pureplay NAM, you will unlock STADA UK’s Consumer Health potential across emerging digital marketplaces and pureplay eCommerce platforms (excluding Amazon). You will blend account management with business development by shaping the strategy for this fast-growing channel, opening new routes to market and scaling existing pureplay partners. Working closely with the wider eCommerce and commercial teams, you will position marketplaces and pureplays as a strategic growth driver for STADA and gain high visibility in a priority area for the business. How you will make an impact You set the marketplace and pureplay strategy, identify and negotiate new partnerships, and build business cases that unlock growth for STADA’s brands. You own the P&L and joint business plans for key partners, optimising assortment, pricing and promotions while ensuring strong availability and efficient operations. You elevate how our brands show up online through best-in-class content and customer-specific activation in collaboration with eCommerce, Omnichannel and Marketing. You use data, dashboards and post-event reviews to uncover opportunities, test new ideas and feed insights back into brand, innovation and eCommerce strategy. What we are looking for 3+ years’ experience in account management, eCommerce or marketplace roles (ideally FMCG or Consumer Healthcare) and a track record of growing online customers as a NAM, KAM or similar. You bring a build-and-grow mindset, strong commercial acumen and confidence in using data and digital shelf tools to turn insight into action. A strong relationship builder and influencer, resilient and organised, thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where not everything is predefined. You hold a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field (or have equivalent experience) and are keen to keep developing as digital commerce evolves.
