Responsibilities: Provide organizational and administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, coordinating office supplies, and managing filing systems. Manage and track investment-related activities, including documentation and approval processes. Provide administrative support for patent management activities. Monitor and process the department’s central email inbox and coordinate incoming requests. Support purchasing processes, invoice processing, and SAP account assignments, while also serving as a backup for other team members as required. Qualifications: Successfully completed commercial/business vocational training or a comparable qualification. Previous professional experience in an assistant, administrative, or clerical role. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; SAP knowledge is an advantage. Strong organizational skills with a structured, accurate, and self-reliant approach to work. Service-oriented team player with excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
