Job locationBucharest | Hybrid working model | Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 Fixed-term employment contract: 1 year and 6 months Role summaryManage customer accounts and support Accounts Receivable and Collections activities by monitoring payments, reconciling balances, and resolving customer inquiries. The role also includes voice support through inbound and outbound calls with employees or stakeholders. Your missionManage customer relationships and monitor payment timelines. Reconcile customer accounts and track outstanding balances. Investigate and resolve customer queries to facilitate timely payments. Use financial tools to support Accounts Receivable and Collections activities. Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing information, resolving issues, and managing inquiries. Required QualificationsFrench & English – B2 level. Bachelor’s degree. Attention to detail and accuracy when working with customer accounts and financial information. Analytical skills to investigate account discrepancies and payment-related queries. Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience in Finance, Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Customer Support. Customer-oriented approach and ability to communicate clearly with customers and stakeholders. Organizational and prioritization skills.
