We are looking for an Ethical Hacker responsible for conducting advanced penetration testing and security assessments across web applications, APIs, mobile applications, internal and external infrastructure, cloud environments and Active Directory. The role includes identifying and validating vulnerabilities, developing attack paths and exploitation techniques, assessing real-world security impact and providing clear technical remediation guidance. The Ethical Hacker will also participate in Red Team and Purple Team exercises, adversary simulation, vulnerability research and the development and improvement of offensive security tools and methodologies. What You'll Do Execution of the following types of exercises:Web/api assessments Mobile application assessments Wifi infrastructure assessment LLM assessment Internal and external, logical or physical intrusion Active directory IT/OT security assessments Hardware security assessment Red Team and Purple Team exercises Security controls evasion Provide in depth technical mitigation recommendation Solid reporting elaboration experience Collaborate with the greater Offensive security team internal research projects What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related field and/or Proven experience executing web applications, mobile, infrastructure pentesting and red team exercises, report elaboration and review, vulnerabilities validation Solid experience in ethical hacking Solid knowledge on pentesting methodologies and risk assessment including OWASP, OWASP Mobile, PTES, OSSTMM, NIST and Mitre ATT&CK Knowledge of frameworks and regulations such as TIBER-ES, DORA and ENS Experience in defining, planning and executing TIBER-ES and TLPT exercises Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills Advanced scripting skills in multiple languages and the ability to modify scripts in less common languages English level B2, spoken and written Experience handling confidential information Proficiency in office productivity tools Demonstrated strong teamwork, collaboration and communication skills in professional environments with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and processes Legal: Must own a valid work permit or EU/Schengen Space Nationality to legally work in Portugal What Will Set You Apart Certifications such as:BSCP OSCP OSWP OSEP eMAPT WAPTX OSWE CRTO CRTP Management certifications as: CISSP CISM Additional Information Flexibility for occasionally travels within Europe for key project deliveries and client meetings.
