What are we looking for? • Primary skill - Talent Identification - P5 • 5-8 yrs Total Years of Experience • Excellent Written communication Skills • US & Canada recruitment Experience is a Must have • Excellent communication skills, Uses professional, error-free grammar and formatting in emails • Speaks with clarity, warmth, and confidence during virtual interactions. Roles and Responsibilities: • Recruiter will be responsible for performing day to day tasks as per the recruitment process guidelines • 1. Conduct external sourcing by mining the existing talent pool and candidate database and determine the need to source externally to meet candidate volume requirements • 2. Perform data mining for additional candidates and new profiles for sourcing eligibility source resumes qualify candidate interest using appropriate technology tools and match qualified resumes to requisitions • 3. Support candidate intake using electronic phone or paper methods and process electronic candidate profiles and applications • 4.
