What is The Role We're looking for a Marketing Strategy & Planning Specialist to join the Global Growth and Experiences Marketing (GGEM) team. You'll report to the Head of Strategy & Planning (Chief of Staff), and work closely with the VP and senior leaders in the GGEM team. Think of this role as the team's connective tissue. On the business side, you'll keep our global growth and experiential (field) marketing budget on track and our special projects moving . On the people side, you'll run programs that shape our team culture, like our all-hands, and build relationships across the whole department to find ways everyone can work better together . This is an early-career role for someone who is sharp, persistent , and trusted with sensitive information, and who also genuinely enjoys people and communications. You'll learn how a global marketing organization plans, spends, and delivers, and you'll help make it a great place to work while you do.
