Braun Dominican Republic Job Posting Location: Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic Functional Area: Human Resources Working Model: Onsite Requisition ID: 14797 Funciones del puesto ( Job Functions ) – General: Dar soporte en el proceso de afiliación de los empleados al seguro médico y entrega de carnets (Support the insurance affiliation process of all employees and carnets delivery). Brindar soporte para mantener los registros de los candidatos elegibles para puestos por hora y así poder responder de manera oportuna con los futuros requisitos de personal. (Provide support in maintaining the records of eligible candidates for hourly positions to meet in a timely manner future personnel requirements.) Brindar soporte en la aplicación de pruebas psicométricas a empleados por hora. (Provide support in the application of psychometric tests to hourly employees.) Preparar todos los archivos de nuevos empleados y el registro adecuado de información en sistemas. (Prepare all new employees’ files and proper data entry in Systems). Requerir los carnets de identificación emitidos por la administración del parque para nuevas contrataciones. (Request badges issued by the management of the free zone for new hires). Apoyar el Programa de Pasantías. (Support the Internship Program). Apoyar todas las actividades de recursos humanos. (Support all HR activities ). Realizar otras tareas y actividades relacionadas y complementarias al puesto. (Perform other tasks and activities related to and complimentary to the position). La función del trabajo no es exhaustiva y también incluirá cualquier responsabilidad asignada por el Supervisor de manera regular. Educación y Conocimiento Profesional ( Education and Professional Knowledge ): Estudiante universitario de universidad certificada o escuela técnica requerido. Conocimiento de SPN y SuccessFactor preferiblemente. Bilingüe (español e inglés) requerido. Experiencia ( Experience ): 1 año de experiencia mínimo. (Minimum 1 year of experience).
