Job description

Your impact begins here You will keep promotional materials moving. As PMM Junior Project Manager, you will support designated therapeutic areas within Promotional Materials Management, helping materials move smoothly from request through review and approval. By keeping projects, data and follow-ups accurate and on time, you help marketing teams work faster and get the materials Novo needs into the field sooner. You will learn quickly, build your project-management independence and make a visible difference from day one. What you’ll bring You are organised, curious and careful with detail, and you want to learn how a regulated pharmaceutical environment works. You do not need pharmaceutical experience to apply, and you do not need to be at the start of your career. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, Operations, Life Sciences or a related discipline. Equivalent professional experience may be considered. Experience in project coordination or project management in marketing operations or a similar process-driven environment. Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront, whether through university or previous work. Advanced English, as you will work with colleagues and stakeholders in the US and grow into sharing your knowledge in team training. Genuine motivation to build a career in the pharmaceutical industry and a willingness to learn regulated processes. Strong organisation, attention to detail, follow-through and resilience, with sound judgement about when to escalate. Working proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams. Useful, but not essential: Exposure to Veeva Vault PromoMats or other workflow tools, dashboards or process documentation. Familiarity with PRB workflows or experience in a regulated environment. A background in a digital agency, consulting firm or similar setting where process and follow-up are central. Spanish communication skills for our cross-functional environment. What you’ll do You will be the dependable operational support behind promotional material projects, helping information stay clear, current and on time. Support the day-to-day management of assigned promotional material projects across your designated therapeutic areas, taking on more ownership as you learn. Keep Workfront complete and current, including statuses, dates, tasks, issues and documentation, so colleagues can rely on it. Manage intake and quality checks by validating new jobs and project set-up, reconciling records against approved sources and escalating discrepancies. Support PRB meetings and issue follow-up by maintaining agendas, recording the materials reviewed and coordinating next steps. Assist PM Coordinators and the PM Senior with launch set-up, material tracking, timeline follow-up and dashboard updates. Update process guides, checklists and training materials, and share practical feedback when a workflow is unclear. Who you’ll work with You will join the Promotional Materials Management team within Marketing Operations, part of the Global Business Services operation in Mexico, and report to the Promotional Materials Team Lead. Your work sits within Product & Portfolio Strategy, where colleagues connect commercial strategy and medical affairs across therapy areas to strengthen Novo’s competitiveness. Your closest colleagues are the PM Coordinators and the PM Senior, who will guide you and with whom you will share launch work. Day to day, you will partner with US Marketing Operations specialists who manage the flow of materials in Veeva, marketing managers and brand associates, PRB partners and digital agencies. The information you keep in Workfront mirrors the US team’s Veeva platform and shows how long reviews really take. That helps teams spot where they can move faster, and it gives you a real reason to speak up when things are stalling. What you can expect here You will grow with structured training, shadowing and knowledge-transfer activities, and you will take on broader responsibilities as your confidence builds. Coaching and honest feedback are part of the role, and your observations are welcome. The team’s coordinators already run training, and the expectation is that you will grow into sharing your own knowledge, including with colleagues in the US. You will work in a collaborative environment where reliable work is noticed and curiosity about how the process works is encouraged. Start now Your impact begins today. If you are ready to keep promotional materials moving and build your career in pharmaceutical marketing operations, apply for the PMM Junior Project Manager – Promotional Materials Management role by November 4th. We look forward to hearing from you. We commit to an inclusive recruitment process and equality of opportunity for all our job applicants.
