Based in Donauworth within Hosting & Cloud Services (PSL Infrastructure Services), this high-impact role will places you at the frontline of platform security and compliance. Operational & Lifecycle Delivery: Coordinate daily incident resolution and track platform lifecycles to proactively address component obsolescence. Contract Steering: Direct external service contractors who execute routine, hands-on technical operations. Governance & Cross-Border Collaboration: Participate in Service Management Board (SMB) meetings and partner closely with the German Restricted Environments team to harmonize operational methods.
