Real results. As a Global Agency Director, you'll lead Delivery Hero's relationships with the largest advertising holding companies (such as WPP, Publicis, Omnicom, IPG, Dentsu and Havas) and international independent networks. You'll meet C-level agency executives, often in London, to close multi-region Joint Business Plans and establish Delivery Hero as a leading global retail media partner. Join the team driving brand growth and customer engagement across our markets. As part of our Marketing Team, you'll help shape strategies that build customer loyalty and optimize the effectiveness of our marketing investments. With each campaign and initiative, you'll play a key role in creating connections with millions of customers, positioning Delivery Hero as a leader in the market. Design and run the global agency commercial roadmap, aligning all holding company networks and major global buying desks. Structure and negotiate global Joint Business Plans (JBPs), trading agreements and centralized rebate frameworks that unlock multi-market ad spend across Talabat, foodpanda, PedidosYa and Glovo. Build Delivery Hero's presence in the London agency ecosystem through regular executive summits, alignment sessions and commercial reviews with global media leads. Partner with regional agency sales leads (MENA, APAC, LATAM, Europe) to turn global agency commitments into local execution and revenue. Represent Delivery Hero Retail Media at industry events such as Cannes Lions and DMEXCO, and lead educational initiatives on quick-commerce retail media. Launch and scale agency training and enablement programs that increase partner engagement. Significant senior commercial leadership experience in digital advertising, retail media networks or global agency holding groups. Established relationships with decision-makers at global agency holding companies, including trading directors and international media planning teams, particularly in London and Europe. A track record of structuring and closing complex global agency partnerships across multiple regions and currencies. Experience leading teams and influencing Product, Yield Management, Local Sales and Marketing in a matrixed, international environment. Working knowledge of retail media ad products, including programmatic and off-site, data partnerships, DSP platforms and first-party data activation. Ability to travel 10-20% of the time, with frequent trips to London and other global media hubs. Nice to have Experience working with independent international agency networks. Experience in quick-commerce or marketplace advertising. Experience building agency training or certification programs.
