Senior Manager, PMO - Migrations

Job description

Oversees the strategic planning, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing optimization of business systems and functional programs. Provides leadership and direction to ensure successful systems implementation, operational effectiveness, and alignment with organizational objectives. Manages cross-functional initiatives, coordinates resources, establishes implementation strategies, and oversees system enhancements and process improvements. Collaborates with business stakeholders, technical teams, and senior leadership to ensure systems and programs meet operational requirements, support business priorities, and deliver measurable organizational value. Responsible for driving operational excellence, managing implementation risks and dependencies, ensuring system reliability, and supporting continuous improvement across business functions. Ages the development and publishing of product documentation and collateral for multiple products or teams.
