Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions Office Job Description Key Responsibilities Translate business questions and operational needs into structured analytical work. Collect, organize, review, and analyze data to identify trends, exceptions, process delays, and improvement opportunities. Develop and maintain KPI reports, BI dashboards, and data monitoring solutions. Analyze supplier and vendor processes, including request volumes, processing time, duplicate records, and preferred supplier usage. Build or improve internal analytics tools and web applications; modify existing code and help troubleshoot issues as needed. Present findings through clear reports, visualizations, and recommendations tailored to business stakeholders. Skills and Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn business questions into useful analysis and valuable deliveries. Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or another quantitative fields; strong analytical and communication skills. Strong Python skills with 5+ years of experience in data analysis and automation; proficient in SQL. 3+ years of hands-on Power BI experience developing dashboards and reports. Clear English written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders. Exposure to procurement & supply-chain analysis, supplier management, or vendor operations is preferred. Familiarity to ERP system is a plus.
