The role requires a proactive approach to uncovering issues and implementing corrective actions. You will provide insightful financial analysis that supports decision-making processes aimed at enhancing the profitability and overall financial health of the organization. This position demands continuous monitoring of financial metrics and collaboration with various teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial data and insights. - Assist in the preparation and presentation of financial reports to stakeholders. - Support the development and implementation of financial models to forecast business performance. - Continuously monitor financial trends and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle EBS Financials. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. - Experience in financial reporting and variance analysis. - Ability to work with large datasets and perform data validation. - Familiarity with financial planning processes and budgeting techniques. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
