Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance. Must have skills : SAP ABAP Development for HANA Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works with various tools and platforms to maintain compatibility while aligning solutions with organizational goals. Collaboration with different teams to address operational challenges and continuous monitoring of application health are integral parts of the daily routine. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements. - Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability. - Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge repositories for future reference. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Experience in developing and optimizing code for SAP HANA environments. - Strong understanding of database concepts and in-memory computing. - Ability to work with APIs and integrate third-party services within packaged applications. - Familiarity with low-code platforms and tools to customize SaaS solutions. - Competence in debugging, performance tuning, and ensuring application scalability.
