YOUR ROLE Location: Zeebruges In this role, you will play a key role in: Ensuring quality compliance by monitoring accessory installation processes on vehicles and upholding quality standards and the Quality Assurance Manual across all workshop activities. Driving continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies, supporting operational excellence initiatives, and implementing corrective and preventive actions. Investigating quality issues through structured root cause analysis using industry-standard methodologies, ensuring issues are resolved swiftly and sustainably. Conducting audits across workshop processes and quality systems to proactively identify risks and ensure consistent performance standards are maintained. Tracking and reporting KPIs related to quality performance, providing clear and actionable insights to workshop teams and stakeholders. YOUR PROFILE You hold a Master's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Manufacturing, or a related field). You bring experience or a strong interest in Quality, Manufacturing, Process Engineering, or Automotive environments, and are eager to apply this in a hands-on operational setting. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills , with knowledge of quality tools such as 5 Why, Ishikawa, FMEA, or Lean methodologies being a distinct advantage. You are fluent in English and Dutch , and you thrive when working closely with cross-functional operational teams in a collaborative, results-driven environment. You have a hands-on mindset , are comfortable on the workshop floor, and take initiative when it comes to improving processes and quality outcomes.
