Program Manager. International Payments Testing

Job description

Meta is seeking a Program Manager to join the International Testing Programs (ITP) team within Global Product Quality. In this role, you will own Meta's payments testing programs and contribute to the broader ITP mission of ensuring our products work as intended in every market we serve. You will work on payments testing across Meta's international markets — coordinating in-country validation of payment experiences with real local payment methods, managing the payment instruments Meta teams test with, defining coverage and quality metrics, and applying automation to scale how testing gets delivered. Payments are how people and businesses transact across Meta's family of apps, and simulated test environments only go so far — confirming that payments work takes validation in-market, with the methods people actually use. You will shape how payment experiences are tested across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Threads, and generative AI products, turning results into recommendations that product and engineering teams act on. Beyond payments, you will contribute to the broader International Testing Programs mission of ensuring Meta's products work as intended in every market we serve. That means supporting test coverage, execution, and program operations across the wider portfolio, and helping the team scale through automation — bringing what you learn from payments testing to how international testing gets delivered overall, and vice versa.
