China and Global Campus Recruitment Location: China | Department: Human Resources Reports to: WW S&M HRBP Role Purpose Manage end-to-end recruitment for China, coordinate campus recruitment worldwide, and support global talent searches through direct sourcing. Provide HRBP support to all new hires in China, working with business leaders, local HR teams and universities to attract talent and support successful integration. Key Responsibilities China Recruitment Manage the full recruitment cycle for China, including role briefing, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation and onboarding coordination. Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, candidate profiles and recruitment timelines. Source candidates through recruitment platforms, professional networks, employee referrals and recruitment agencies. Conduct interviews and support hiring managers in making well-informed selection decisions. Maintain talent pipelines for critical roles and provide regular updates on hiring progress and market insights. Ensure accurate recruitment records and adherence to company policies and applicable local requirements. Global Campus Recruitment Coordinate global campus recruitment for internships, graduate positions and early-career programs, working closely with regional HR teams. Consolidate business hiring needs and establish recruitment calendars aligned with local academic schedules. Develop relationships with target universities and student associations across key markets. Partner with local HR teams to organize career fairs, campus presentations, recruitment campaigns and selection events. Coordinate candidate assessment and selection, supporting consistent standards while accommodating local needs. Develop campus recruitment materials with HR and Marketing to strengthen the employer brand. Support the transition from offer acceptance to onboarding and track internship-to-employment conversion. Monitor program results and recommend improvements based on candidate feedback, hiring outcomes and business needs. Global Direct Sourcing Support global talent searches through direct sourcing, proactively identifying and engaging qualified candidates for key roles across regions. China HRBP Support Act as the HR Business Partner for all new hires in China, supporting onboarding, integration, probation reviews and ongoing employee matters, in partnership with line managers and relevant HR teams. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. 3–5 years of recruitment experience, including recruitment in China and exposure to campus hiring. Experience coordinating recruitment activities across countries or working with international stakeholders. Good understanding of China’s talent market and recruitment channels. Strong direct sourcing, interviewing, project coordination and relationship management skills. Ability to identify and engage passive candidates through professional networks and targeted outreach. Ability to manage multiple priorities across locations and time zones. Fluent Mandarin and strong written and spoken English. Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment reporting.
