Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and expert subject matter user of Excel and PowerPoint Ability to interface with people at all levels within the organization and influence without formal authority. Possess a high degree of business acumen. Creative in designing business presentations using Microsoft Power Point. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Skills and Abilities: Ability to manage small projects independently Ability to work well both independently and in a group environment Ability to adapt quickly to shifting demands and priorities and act independently Ability to be well organized with an emphasis on foresight and planning for alternate circumstances Ability to connect and communicate with people from different cultures around the world Motivated to contribute to the success of the business and team Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels within the organization as well as deliver oral presentations on moderately complex subject matter Demonstrated experience driving cross functional collaboration across business units and geographies For this role, we anticipate paying $72,000 - $75,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
