Acerca de la posición Buscamos un HPS Lead para liderar la implementación y evolución de Henkel Production System (HPS). Será responsable de impulsar la cultura de mejora continua, desarrollar capacidades organizacionales y asegurar la adopción de metodologías que impacten directamente los indicadores de desempeño, productividad, calidad y seguridad del sitio. ¿Qué harás? Liderar la implementación y sostenibilidad de HPS en la operación, promoviendo una cultura de excelencia operacional y mejora continua. Desarrollar y fortalecer las capacidades de equipos e ingenieros mediante capacitación, coaching y acompañamiento en piso, asegurando la correcta aplicación de herramientas de resolución estructurada de problemas. Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia de madurez HPS del sitio, impulsando iniciativas alineadas con los objetivos de productividad, eficiencia operativa y reducción de pérdidas. Actuar como referente en temas de seguridad, calidad y confiabilidad operacional, promoviendo prácticas que contribuyan a mejorar indicadores como OEE, MTBF y la reducción de paros no planificados. Liderar el desarrollo de matrices de habilidades y planes de formación para fortalecer las competencias técnicas y de mejora continua dentro de la organización. Facilitar la colaboración con otras plantas y comunidades HPS para compartir mejores prácticas, replicar iniciativas exitosas y acelerar resultados de negocio. ¿Qué te convierte en un buen candidato/a? Formación universitaria en Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Electrónica, Química o carreras afines. Al menos 3 años de experiencia liderando iniciativas de mejora continua, excelencia operacional, Lean Manufacturing, TPM o sistemas de producción. Experiencia trabajando con indicadores de manufactura como OEE, MTBF, productividad, calidad y reducción de pérdidas. Habilidades de liderazgo, influencia, coaching y trabajo colaborativo con equipos multidisciplinarios.
