Your Role: Meet the Challenge In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure efficient and cost-effective production results that meet order demand, specifications, quality, and planning targets through the coordination and management of plant equipment, personnel, and production processes (quantity, quality, budgeted costs, and proper productivity level). The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to the Electrification Installation Products in Guadalupe, Nuevo Leon. You will be mainly accountable for: Ensuring that production scheduling and production plan meet the volume requirements agreed upon in the demand plan and defined inventory service levels. Recommending technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary. Identifying deficiencies in production area, proposing improvement activities, and overseeing implementation of actions to improve production performance. Managing the resolution of critical product or equipment issues together with relevant internal teams. Our team dynamics You will join a skilled, collaborative team, where you will be able to thrive. Qualifications for the role Experience in people management Knowledge of LX, SAP, line balancing management, and standardized work Continuous improvement and problem-solving skills Bachelor’s degree Basic to intermediate English proficiency Leadership skills, project management, and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
