Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: Support NTP PR2PO operations by ensuring efficient, compliant, and scalable purchase requisition to purchase order execution, issue resolution, and operational coordination. Leverage AI tools and automation solutions to improve operational productivity, reduce manual effort, strengthen process control, and enhance user experience across NTP workflows. Develop practical AI-enabled use cases(incl. AI Agent), automation tools, dashboards, and analytics solutions to support daily operations, performance management, and continuous improvement. Proactively identify process, compliance, savings, and pipeline opportunities through spend analysis, operational data review, market research, and stakeholder engagement. Bridge with global, regional, and local teams to land digital, process efficiency, and procurement transformation initiatives within the Dalian NTP operation team. Key Responsibilities : NTP PR2PO Operations, AI Enablement and Process Improvement Support Process Improvement via AI technology and other Automation tools (Macro, RPA, etc) for both NTP operation team and Tactical Buy team Proactively identify efficiency improvement opportunities and lead overall design and landing Download efficiency initiatives from global teams and lead landing in Dalian Introduce and share Dalian good practices with global teams and help global team landing in their site Analysis and Market Research Support market research to do project feasibility assessment Support spend analysis and tail spend analysis to identify saving and pipeline opportunities Support PO automation analysis, root cause analysis, improvement plan Support KPI root cause analysis and improvement plan, such as PO compliance, GR compliance, etc. Reporting Support Market monthly performance review dashboard creation in Power BI and ppt Support team Daily Management template update and enhancement Support other reports as team needs Key Relationships: Global | Regional Procurement Leads Global Procurement Excellence Global | Local NTP category managers and sourcing buyers GBS Function Service Lead and GPOs GBS Reporting Team GBS Dalian Operation Team, including NTP | AP | SLM | FA, etc. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI-enabled solutions or AI agents, such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate AI capabilities, or similar tools, to solve real business operation problems. Good skills in Power BI, and familiar with other visualization tool, such as Tableau, Qlik, etc. Strong automation knowledge and practical experience with Advanced Excel, VBA, Power Query, Power Automate, macros, and workflow automation to streamline repetitive operational tasks. Proven experience in automation-based process improvement, including VBA-based tools, RPA solutions, low-code/no-code platforms, and end-to-end automation design from requirement clarification to implementation and user adoption. Strong mindset in process improvement and continuous efficiency Good team player, good communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and well organized Quick learner on new technology and new methodology on innovation Fluent English, spoken and written Requisite Education and Experience | Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar function for BPO or SSC companies Bachelor degree or equivalent professional experience AT ADIDAS WE HAVE A WINNING CULTURE.
