The Senior Technical Lead in SAP UX FIORI Development will be responsible for leading technical teams in the design, development, and implementation of UX solutions using SAP FIORI. They will play a key role in driving innovation, enhancing user experience, and aligning SAP solutions with business requirements. UI/UX Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders and UX designers to translate wireframes and mock ups into functional, responsive web applications. Backend Integration: Connect frontend applications with SAP backend systems by consuming OData services, RESTful APIs, and SAP Gateway. Modern Tooling: Utilize SAP Business Application Studio (BAS) or VS Code for development, and Git for version control. Optimization: Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning for SAPUI5 applications to ensure fast and reliable execution. Upgrades & Migration: Assist with the migration of classic SAP GUI transactions to modern Fiori apps during SAP S/4HANA transitions. Required Technical Skills Frontend Technologies: Advanced proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript. SAP Frameworks: Deep hands-on experience with SAPUI5 and SAP Fiori Elements (OData V2 and V4). Integration: Strong understanding of OData service creation, SAP Gateway, and REST APIs. Design Tools: Familiarity with design and prototyping tools like Figma or Adobe XD to interpret UX/UI specifications. Theming & Adaptation: Capability to implement custom theming using the SAP Fiori Theme Designer to match corporate branding. Preferred Qualifications & Soft Skills Experience Level: Typically, 5 - 8 Yrs/6-10+ years of dedicated experience in SAP frontend development. Framework Knowledge: Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) is highly valued as a bonus. SAP Build: Familiarity with the low-code/no-code capabilities of SAP Build for rapid application development. Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail, usability, and visual aesthetics. Communication: Excellent collaboration skills to effectively work alongside backend ABAP developers, business analysts, and end-users. Skill Requirements 1. Proven experience as a technical lead in sap ux fiori development projects 2. In-depth knowledge of sap fiori, sapui5, and sap gateway 3. Proficiency in sap web ide, sap cloud platform, and sap hana 4. Strong understanding of ux design principles and best practices 5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills 6. Ability to lead and collaborate with cross functional teams 7. Good communication and interpersonal skills 8.
