PRIMARY PURPOSE Maintain safety management system, provides professional service in order to help functional departments to identify and manage risks well. Support EHS manager on all projects in safety management. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Promote implementation of safety production in site, identify the hazards and control major risks to protect employees. Conduct government interaction consistent with Molex and Koch requirement and MBM principles. Implement the internal EH&S monthly audit to improve continually. Supervise the EH&S performance of suppliers and vendors in site. Record incidents, conduct the root cause analysis and corrective and prevention action. REQUIRED: Bachelor degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental engineering or other related major. 3+ years EHSM experience. EHSM experience in optical communication company or related industries is preferred Good EHS professional skills, can use independently in complex cases Innovation ability is stronger, will try to use some new methods to help get the job done The team cooperation consciousness, can actively cooperate with others to get the job done Strong action guidance and the height of the work sense of responsibility, able to finish the work efficient and high quality Can work independently in safety management National registered safety engineer is preferred Apply now Share Email Facebook X LinkedIn
