Job Description: Job Overview The Sr. Supply Chain Manager leads end-to-end supply chain operations for the Energy Business Unit, ensuring supply continuity, inventory optimization, customer delivery performance, and operational excellence. This role oversees planning, procurement, logistics, inventory management, and continuous improvement initiatives while partnering with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks, enhance service levels, drive operational efficiency, and support business growth through scalable and data-driven supply chain solutions. Job Requirements Develop and execute supply chain strategies that support business growth, customer commitments, and operational excellence. Lead demand, supply, capacity, and inventory planning to ensure alignment across customers, manufacturing, and suppliers. Optimize inventory levels, working capital, and service performance through data-driven decision-making. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring business continuity and effective issue resolution.\ Drive logistics and distribution improvements to enhance delivery performance, cost efficiency, and supply network effectiveness. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support business objectives, customer satisfaction, and strategic initiatives. Leverage analytics, automation, and digital solutions to improve forecasting, planning, and overall supply chain performance. Champion continuous improvement and supply chain transformation initiatives. What your background should look like Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field. 8+ years of progressive supply chain experience, including leadership of regional or global teams. Strong background in planning, procurement, logistics, inventory management, and operations. Experience in multinational manufacturing environments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: APICS/ASCM (CSCP, CPIM) or equivalent certification. Experience in Energy, Industrial, Electronics, or Manufacturing sectors. Knowledge of SAP, S/4HANA, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or similar planning systems. Experience leading supply chain transformation, digitalization, or ERP initiatives. Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
