Job Description: Job Overview Conducts advanced quality management activities across analytics and quality systems, independently performing complex analyses and audits. Plays an active role in continuous improvement initiatives while providing technical guidance and contributing to the development and maintenance of quality methodologies, standards, and tools. Job Requirements 主要职责 1. 负责TE厦门工厂ISO 9001质量管理体系的策划、推进、维护与持续改进；统筹体系文件、流程及记录的建立、更新和有效运行。 2. 策划并组织年度内部审核、过程审核及管理评审；推动不符合项的原因分析、纠正措施、效果验证和按期关闭。 3. 负责UL、TUV等产品认证相关的工厂审核、监督审核及换证审核协调；组织资料、样品及现场准备，并跟踪审核发现的整改与回复。 4. 负责客户审核、第二方及第三方审核的接待与统筹；协调各职能部门完成审核准备、现场支持、证据提交与后续改善。 5. 监控体系运行绩效和关键质量指标，识别流程风险与改进机会；推动跨部门改善项目，提升流程符合性、有效性与质量文化。 6. 结合业务发展需求，跟踪并推进未来IATF 16949体系导入准备，包括差距分析、实施计划、培训、流程升级及审核准备。 7. 完成上级交办的其他体系及质量管理相关工作。 学历, 专业技能，工作经验 学历：本科或以上 专业：质量管理、机械、电气、工业工程或相关专业 工作经验：5年以上制造业质量或体系管理经验，其中3年以上质量管理体系、审核或认证相关经验 个人能力要求 1. 熟悉ISO 9001质量管理体系及审核方法，能够独立策划、实施审核并出具专业审核报告；持ISO 9001内审员或主导审核员资格者优先。 2. 熟悉UL、TUV等产品认证及工厂审核要求，具备认证审核准备、现场协调和整改闭环经验。 3. 了解IATF 16949核心要求；具备IATF 16949、VDA 6.3、汽车行业核心工具相关经验者优先。 4. 具备较强的体系推动与持续改进能力，能够运用过程方法、风险思维、PDCA、5Why、鱼骨图、8D等工具解决问题。 5. 具备良好的跨部门沟通、组织协调、培训和项目管理能力，能推动生产、工程、采购、供应链等职能落实体系要求。 6. 具备良好的英语听说读写能力，能够支持英文审核、会议、邮件及报告沟通。 7. 原则性强，注重事实与证据，具备良好的逻辑分析、执行力和闭环意识。 What your background should look like Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level Competencies SET : Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers) Job Locations: Posting City: XIAMEN Job Country: China Travel Required: 10% to 25% Requisition ID: 159387 Workplace Type: Onsite External Careers Page: Quality Apply Now Start apply with LinkedIn Please wait...
