Job Description: Job Overview Supervises team and oversees quality activities at the site level, ensuring compliance with quality standards, practices, and supports TCL roles in technical quality initiatives. Job Requirements 1. 负责量产阶段供应商及关联工厂（Inter-plant）来料质量管理，建立分层管理和日常绩效监控机制；组织处理来料异常、停线风险及批量质量问题。 2. 推动供应商持续改进，定期开展绩效回顾、现场审核和重点改善项目；跟踪原因分析、纠正预防措施及有效性验证，降低重复问题和质量成本。 3. 提前参与新供应商选择与评估，配合BU SQE/AQE开展供应商能力、质量体系、特殊过程及量产风险评估，并提供工厂端意见。 4. 做好新供应商、新物料由BU SQE/AQE向工厂量产管理的交接，确认批准状态、检验要求、过程能力、未结风险、变更控制及升级路径，确保平稳导入。 5. 管理供应商针对不同物料、牌号、规格、生产地点或工艺扩展的认证与批准，确保变更经过评估、验证、文件更新和正式放行。 6. 负责或支持供应商审核及特殊过程审核，重点关注电镀等表面处理、五金件制造及关键外协过程；推动审核发现按期、有效关闭。 7. 带领和协调SQE日常工作，并支持工厂体系审核、客户投诉及跨部门质量改进；完成上级安排的其他工作。 学历, 专业技能，工作经验 学历：本科或以上 专业：机械、材料、表面工程、质量管理或相关专业 工作经验：5年以上制造业供应商质量、供应商开发或相关质量经验；有团队协调或项目带领经验 个人能力要求 1. 熟悉供应商质量管理、供应商审核、绩效管理、问题升级及持续改进方法。 2. 熟悉APQP、PPAP、PFMEA、Control Plan、MSA、SPC、8D、5Why等质量工具，并能结合供应商实际推动应用。 3. 具备较好的审核能力，能够独立开展供应商体系、过程或专项审核，并推动问题闭环。 4. 熟悉五金件供应链及冲压、机加等常见制造过程；具备电镀、涂覆或其他表面处理质量管理经验者优先。 5. 能够识别新供应商、新物料及物料扩展认证中的质量风险，具备与BU SQE、AQE及工厂团队协同交接的能力。 6. 具备较强的沟通协调、项目推进和数据分析能力，能够在跨部门及跨工厂环境中推动结果。 7. 具备基本的英文读写和会议沟通能力，能够处理英文规范、审核资料和质量报告。 What your background should look like Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level Competencies SET : Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers) Job Locations: Posting City: XIAMEN Job Country: China Travel Required: 10% to 25% Requisition ID: 159389 Workplace Type: Onsite External Careers Page: Quality Apply Now Start apply with LinkedIn Please wait...
