Job Description Responsibility: Develop HCP engagement strategy and engagement plan Lead team on regional executiion plan for HCP engagement. Work closely with sales team for high quliaty customer engagement Team management and people development Budget management and resource deployment Qualification/Requirements 6+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry, experience of leading new product/indication launch preferred. 3+ years’ experience of independent product or portfolio management Advanced level of customer insights and strategic business management Growth mind for change and innovation Learning agility and adaptability Good interpersonal skills and willingness to collaboration with CFT to drive initiative forward.
