Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements. Must have skills : IBM Watsonx Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to understand their unique business challenges and translating these into effective technology solutions. This role requires facilitating discussions around business transformation and customer experience, while designing functional and application frameworks that align with client objectives. The Integration Engineer collaborates across various teams to ensure that the implemented solutions accurately reflect the business requirements and support the overall strategic goals of the organization. This position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous communication with stakeholders to drive successful integration outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the coordination of integration activities to ensure seamless delivery of solutions. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall capabilities. - Monitor project progress and address any integration challenges promptly to maintain timelines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM Watsonx. - Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions using IBM Watsonx platform. - Strong understanding of system architecture and business process workflows. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Familiarity with API management and middleware technologies to support integration efforts. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
