Further information is available on www.basf.com . *Position summary: The AEM Production Manager is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and controlling all production-related activities to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing operations. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this role oversees production planning, material management, maintenance coordination, project execution, people development, and EHSQ compliance to meet business and customer requirements. Production Planning & Operations -Develop and execute production plans based on sales forecasts, customer requirements, and R&D demands. -Ensure production targets, product quality, delivery commitments, and cost objectives are achieved. 1. 생산 계획 및 운영 - 판매 예측, 고객 요구사항 및 R&D 수요를 바탕으로 생산 계획을 수립하고 실행합니다. - 생산 목표, 제품 품질, 납기 약속 및 비용 목표 달성을 보장합니다. 2. Manufacturing Performance Management -Monitor daily manufacturing performance and identify improvement opportunities. -Conduct routine plant inspections and implement corrective and preventive actions. -Drive operational excellence initiatives to improve productivity, reliability, and efficiency. -Manage production budgets and support cost optimization initiatives. 2. 생산 성과 관리 - 일일 생산 성과를 모니터링하고 개선 기회를 파악합니다. - 정기적인 공장 점검을 실시하고 시정 및 예방 조치를 이행합니다. - 생산성, 신뢰성 및 효율성 향상을 위한 운영 우수성 활동을 추진합니다. - 생산 예산을 관리하고 비용 최적화 활동을 지원합니다. 3. Material & Inventory Management -Manage raw material planning, inventory control, procurement coordination, and material availability. -Ensure accurate production and material data management through SAP and MES systems. 3. 자재 및 재고 관리 - 원자재 계획, 재고 관리, 구매 조정 및 자재 수급을 관리합니다. - SAP 및 MES 시스템을 통해 정확한 생산 및 자재 데이터 관리를 보장합니다. 4. Maintenance & Reliability -Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and plant availability. -Support troubleshooting and resolution of operational and technical issues. 4. 유지보수 및 신뢰성 - 설비 신뢰성과 공장 가동률을 극대화하기 위해 예방 및 사후 유지보수 활동을 조정합니다. - 운영 및 기술 문제의 트러블슈팅과 해결을 지원합니다. 5. People Management -Provide technical leadership, coaching, and training to production personnel. -Foster a strong safety culture and promote continuous improvement practices. -Conduct first-level performance evaluations for operators and support employee development. 5. 인력 관리 - 생산 인력에게 기술적 리더십, 코칭 및 교육을 제공합니다. - 강한 안전 문화를 조성하고 지속적인 개선 활동을 촉진합니다. - 오퍼레이터에 대한 1차 성과평가를 실시하고 직원 역량 개발을 지원합니다. 6. Capital Projects & Plant Modifications -Lead plant expansion and modification projects. -Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, equipment suppliers, and service providers. -Support equipment selection, project execution, commissioning, and startup activities. 6. 자본 프로젝트 및 공장 변경 - 공장 증설 및 변경 프로젝트를 주도합니다. - 엔지니어링팀, 도급업체, 설비 공급업체 및 서비스 제공업체와 협업합니다. - 설비 선정, 프로젝트 수행, 시운전 및 가동 개시 활동을 지원합니다. 7. EHSQ (Environment, Health, Safety & Quality) Management -Ensure full compliance with BASF requirements, local regulations, and applicable international standards. -Lead implementation of EHSQ programs, procedures, and improvement initiatives. -Manage risk assessments, Management of Change (MOC), emergency response preparedness, and safety inspections. -Review and maintain SOPs, operating manuals, work procedures, and ISO-related documentation. 7.
