Significant hands-on operating and commissioning experience, with strong knowledge of plant design basis, process hazards, controls, start-up, shutdown and performance-guarantee drivers. Strong commitment to safe field leadership and sound operating discipline, with the confidence to challenge unsafe or ineffective practices and protect KTS and customer interests. Demonstrated ability to lead multicultural site teams, establish clear expectations, delegate effectively and foster constructive challenge, while coordinating across engineering disciplines and making timely, risk-based decisions in demanding commissioning environments. Strong technical, analytical and process/data problem-solving skills, including the ability to diagnose complex plant-performance and equipment issues from incomplete information. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the credibility to build customer trust, handle difficult conversations and explain technical decisions clearly. Commercial judgement and an understanding of how technical, contractual and relationship decisions affect project outcomes, customer confidence and long-term technology value.
