Die Position: Wir suchen ab sofort für unseren Entwicklungs- und Produktionsstandort in Pfaffenhofen/Ilm eine/n engagierte/n Administrator Quality Operations (m/w/d) – Bereich Packaging Sie unterstützen dabei unsere QA-Administrator/-innen vor Ort in der Verpackung bei ihren Routinetätigkeiten zur Kontrolle und Verwaltung der QA-seitigen Überwachung der Verpackungsdokumentation. Angaben zur Tätigkeit: Bereitstellung und Ausgabe der Chargendokumentation, kontrollierte Ausgabe und Verwaltung von Formularen Review von Datenübertragungen (Papier EDV) Selbständige Organisation und Durchführung der Reviews der Chargendokumentation nach der Produktion und QA-Freigabe in SAP, inkl. eigenständige Priorisierung und Organisation der Freigaben nach Erfordernis Unterstützung und Bereitstellung von Chargendokumentationen bei Audits und Inspektionen nach Absprache mit dem Vorgesetzten Durchführung chargendokumentationsbegleitender Tätigkeiten (Bereitstellung / Ablage / Archivierung / Verwaltung) Durchführung von Verwaltungsaufgaben und Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von QA-Aufgaben, besonders sofern sie aus GxP-Gründen zwingend von produktionsunabhängigem Personal zu erledigen sind Unterstützung des Vorgesetzten für QA-relevante Tätigkeiten bei Bedarf Fachliche und persönliche Anforderungen: Abgeschlossene naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung und mindestens 2-jährige Berufserfahrung im GxP-regulierten Umfeld, bevorzugt in der pharmazeutischen Industrie oder einem diese Branche unterstützenden Dienstleister Praktische Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Reviews (insbesondere bei Chargendokumentationen) aus QA-Perspektive erforderlich GxP-Kenntnisse und Berufserfahrung im Hygienebereich von Vorteil (Einsatz im Hygienebereich) Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, S4Hana und MES Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse erforderlich Fähigkeit zur Teamarbeit Zuverlässiger, selbstständiger, sowie äußerst verantwortungsbewusster und präziser Arbeitsstil Why work with us?
