US Immigration Program Manager (Strategy & Operations)

Job description

Meta is seeking an experienced U.S. Immigration Program Manager to drive the operating model and program direction for U.S. employment-based immigration, serving as a subject-matter expert on case filings and compliance operations. This role is accountable for filing quality, accuracy, and timeliness at scale, the program's U.S. compliance posture, and the frameworks, playbooks, and tooling that underpin delivery. This individual will partner closely with Recruiting, People Partners, Legal, external counsel, and business leaders to solve the most complex U.S. immigration challenges, ensure regulatory compliance, and continuously improve our case management operations. This is a senior individual contributor role operating with significant autonomy: identifying program priorities, resolving ambiguous cross-functional problems, and influencing decisions without direct authority.
