Ready to make a global impact through learning? We are looking for an experienced Learning Delivery Consultant (Program Manager) to help bring world-class learning experiences to life. In this role, you will partner with Learning Business Partners, Talent Directors, facilitators, administrators, and key stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and deliver high-quality learning programs for a global audience. You will be at the heart of delivery excellence, ensuring learning programs run smoothly from planning through execution. Combining project management, stakeholder engagement, analytics, and operational expertise, you will create outstanding learner experiences while continuously improving how learning is delivered. Key Responsibilities Program Delivery • Manage end-to-end delivery of facilitated, virtual, digital, and face-to-face learning programs and events. • Gather, validate, and coordinate program requirements. • Key contact for Learning Business Partners, facilitators, and stakeholders. • Ensure delivery milestones and timelines are achieved. Program Readiness & Quality • Ensure facilitators, materials, documentation, and resources are in place. • Maintain accurate program information and schedules. • Monitor delivery quality, consistency, and execution standards. • Identify risks and support mitigation activities. Stakeholder & Facilitator Management • Build strong partnerships with Learning Business Partners, Talent Directors, Facilitator Administrators, and delivery teams. • Coordinate communications across stakeholder groups. • Support facilitator planning, onboarding, and readiness activities. • Deliver briefings and monitor qualification levels. Reporting, Analytics & Governance • Produce and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics. • Analyze learner feedback, participation trends, and delivery data. • Provide recommendations to improve delivery effectiveness. • Support governance through reporting and performance monitoring. Financial Management • Track budgets, forecasts, and related financial activities. • Maintain accurate financial records and reporting. • Support effective financial governance. Learner Participation & Engagement • Support initiatives that increase learner participation and program reach. • Monitor registrations, attendance, and feedback. • Help enhance engagement and learner satisfaction. Continuous Improvement • Share delivery best practices across the learning function. • Collaborate on enhancements informed by learner feedback and insights. • Drive improvements that strengthen efficiency, quality, and effectiveness. Event Coordination • Coordinate venue, logistical, and operational requirements for face-to-face programs/events. Your Profile Knowledge, Skills and Experience Essential Experience • Experience in Learning & Development, HR, Talent, or a related environment. • Experience coordinating programs, projects, or events involving multiple stakeholders. • Experience supporting virtual, digital, and classroom learning solutions. • Experience using reporting, analytics, and performance data. Essential Skills • Strong project management skills. • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities. • Strong communication skills. • Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend actions. • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Manage competing priorities and deliver to deadlines. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Copilot. • Adaptability, accountability, ownership, creativity, and a continuous improvement mindset.
