On a daily basis: Ensure Department/Contract meets SLA performance targets and VMD deadlines met Maintain Vendor (S4H/SAP) and Customer (S4H) Master Data as per defined standards Verify bank details for newly created vendors are correct and related to the new partner Understand the teams KPIs and reporting metrics to drive prioritisation of action Provide clear and supported documentation for backup and audit purposes Ensure that deadlines and stakeholder requirements are met Deliver VMD training on demand Act in accordance with Computacenter Information Security Policies and report any potential or actual Security events or other Security risks to the organisation Support of migration and global VMD process improvement projects You are an ideal candidate if... You have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Applications, especially Excel You have analytical and systematic approach to resolving complex problems and assignments and proactive problem-solving skills You are able to absorb and apply technical information You have experience of relevant business systems (SAP / S4Hana) and in SSC processes You are able to prioritise your own workload You are able to provide good customer service You have good administrative experience, attention to detail and accuracy You have good interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills and are able to build relationships What can we offer to you?
