Job Description Role Purpose The purpose of this role is to resolve priority incident tickets and service requests while contributing to incident analysis, change request preparation, and continuous service improvement. ͏Image Management_Legacy_Administrator_L2 Roles and Responsibilities Roles & Responsibilities • Experience –2 to 8 yrs • Troubleshooting build issues. • Understands well both local and group policy. • Knowledge on custom scripts using vbs, cmd, batch, Powershell. • Review test custom scripts as per the requirements. • Good hardware knowledge. • Responsible for image “Online” and “Offline service”. • Should be able to detect issues with the image proactively. • Troubleshoot any unforeseen issues with the image and machines being built. • Coordinate with Client SME for Image testing and sign off. • Hands on experience on DISM, MDT, ADK and SCCM and industry standard SOE and Imaging tools. • Expertise on Windows 10 & 11 technologies. • Good understanding of all the End user computing tools and the ability to provide suggestions as required. Technical Skill Set • Windows 10 & 11 Operating System. • Windows 11 SOE and various methods of building and managing the SOE. • MDT, SCCM, DISM tools etc. • Image build & test from scratch, troubleshooting skills, image modifications (driver / file injection etc.) • Task sequence creation and customization. • Deployment tools viz. SCCM, MDT etc. • Active Directory, Local policy and GPO • Good knowledge in VB scripting, CMD, Batch and PowerShell scripting. • Ability to provide insights for all the End user computing tools Soft Skills Good Communication, Collaboration & Teamwork:,Analytical & problem solving, adaptability; stakeholder management, Mentoring & Coaching to Junior Members Certifications/Trainings MS-900 (Microsoft 365 Fundamentals) ; Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102); 20703-1A (Administering System Center Configuration Manager); WINGS Level 1, WINGS Level 2 AI/ML Trainings AI trainings not Mandatory, however, to upskill to AI Enhanced skills, below trainings to be focussed Microsoft Copilot & Intune Copilot, Prompt Engineering ; AI Ops & Orchestration; ͏ ͏ ͏ Mandatory Skills: Desktop Imaging .
