Job Description Role Purpose The purpose of this role is to develop end to end solutions for client business across modules and systems basis the identified technical specifications, by conducting feasibility reviews and its implementation in alignment with cost and efficiency targets. ͏PDQ Connect & PDQ SmartDeploy L2/L3 SME Role: Lead Administrator / Senior SME – PDQ Connect & PDQ SmartDeploy Band: B2/B3 Openings: 1 Location: Pan India Role Description: PDQ Connect & PDQ SmartDeploy Engineer Lead Administrator / SME responsible for managing enterprise endpoint management technologies including Meraki MDM, PDQ Connect, PDQ SmartDeploy, HP Device Manager (HPDM), and BEAK . The role combines L2/L3/L4 responsibilities covering endpoint administration, software distribution, patch management, imaging, mobility management, thin client management, incident/problem management, automation, governance, documentation, and technical leadership. Management Experience Administer PDQ Connect for software deployment, patch management, endpoint management, reporting and remote support. Manage PDQ SmartDeploy imaging, platform packs, deployment media and OS deployment lifecycle. Lead L2/L3/L4 operational support, governance, automation and platform architecture activities. Create SOPs, HLD/LLD, Runbooks, KT documents and deployment standards. Support transition, knowledge acquisition, service improvement and customer governance reviews. Execute software deployments and patching activities Monitor deployment failures and troubleshoot endpoint issues Support remote endpoint management through PDQ Connect Support image deployment validation and provisioning Handle incidents, requests and operational tasks within SLA Act as SME for PDQ Connect and SmartDeploy Perform RCA and advanced troubleshooting Develop PowerShell-based deployment packages Manage patch compliance and deployment governance Mentor L1/L2 engineers and conduct KT sessions Own platform architecture and roadmap Define RBAC, governance and operational standards Lead major incidents and customer technical discussions Drive automation and continual improvement Provide technical leadership for transitions and transformations Operations Monitor SLA/KPI metrics Drive continuous improvement Coordinate with cross-functional teams Support governance reviews and reporting Certifications ITIL V4 MD-102 PowerShell Certification PDQ Certification HP Thin Client / Endpoint Administration knowledge BEAK Certification MD-102 Endpoint Administrator preferred.
