Braun Dominican Republic Job Posting Location: Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic Functional Area: Production Working Model: Onsite Requisition ID: 14832 Funciones del Puesto (Job Functions) – General: Coordina y supervisa las actividades cotidianas de un equipo de asociados de producción, para garantizar que las operaciones de manufactura se realicen de acuerdo con las especificaciones y la planificación de producción establecida, focalizando los estándares de calidad, volumen, costo y desperdicio . ( Coordinates and supervises the day-to-day activities of a manufacturing associate’s team, to ensure that the manufacturing operations are conducted in accordance with established production specifications and schedule, targeting production quality standards, volume, cost, and waste .) Controla la calidad y volumen el producto terminado y ajusta las tareas, el tiempo, la configuración del equipo o las entradas para que las especificaciones de producción se cumplan y los recursos se utilicen de manera eficiente. ( Monitors the quality and volume of production output and adjusts tasks, such as; timing, equipment set-up or inputs so that production specifications are met and resources are used efficiently .) Responsable de la seguridad del área a través de una supervisión efectiva del personal, para asegurar que todas las tareas de producción se realicen de manera segura. ( Responsible for the safety of the area by the effective supervision of the manufacturing associates, to ensure that all production tasks are safely executed. ) Orienta a todos los asociados bajo su responsabilidad en los procedimientos y estándares operativos de la organización. ( Trains all manufacturing associates under their responsibility in the organization’s operating procedures and standards ) Prepara y analiza informes de producción para que las oportunidades de mejora puedan ser identificados y resueltos. (Prepares production reports so that opportunities for improvement can be identified and resolved.) Educación y Conocimiento Profesional ( Education and Professional Knowledge ): Grado universitario requerido en carreras afines, máster preferido, bilingüe (español e inglés) requerido (Bachelor's degree in related areas required, Master's degree preferred, Bilingual required).
