This position requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The role demands continuous alignment of development practices with overarching business goals, ensuring that solutions are robust, scalable, and maintain high performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain standards and drive innovation is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering an environment of technical excellence and strategic growth. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects. - Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software architecture with evolving business requirements. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and product delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Fieldglass Contingent Workforce. - Strong expertise in software architecture design and implementation for custom solutions. - Experience in managing and leading software development teams to deliver high-quality products. - Ability to ensure code quality, scalability, and performance in complex software environments. - Familiarity with integration of workforce management systems and related technologies. - Skilled in problem-solving and providing technical guidance across multiple teams.
