THE WORK: Explore opportunities to collaborate and manage multiple groups to perform effectively while contributing to key decisions. You will act as a subject matter expert and provide solutions to challenges that impact various teams. This role will involve engaging with diverse stakeholders to support collective success. We invite you to bring your expertise and enthusiasm to make a meaningful impact. • Design future state organizational, operational, and technical models within manufacturing and operations. • Translate strategic goals and value opportunities into actionable plans for manufacturing and operations domains. • Develop business cases supporting core capabilities such as environmental health and safety, operations, maintenance, quality, and Intelligent Asset Management. • Drive initiatives to enhance sustainable operations through a more productive digital workforce. • Collaborate with cross-functional groups to ensure alignment and successful implementation of operation. Expert proficiency in Requirements Analysis is required. Expert proficiency in Agile Project Management is recommended. Intermediate proficiency in Business Process Design, Scrum, and Digital Field Worker is suggested. Develop comprehensive process models and documentation to support business transformation initiatives. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technology solutions. Support less experienced colleagues by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex analysis tasks. Contribute to the continuous improvement of methodologies and best practices within the team. Analyze data trends and feedback to propose innovative solutions that enhance project outcomes.
