Must have skills : SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC) Good to have skills : NA Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves managing the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based solutions. This includes overseeing the configuration processes, managing system integrations, and coordinating software releases. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards to ensure the solution remains stable and performs efficiently while aligning with both business requirements and vendor limitations. Collaboration with various stakeholders to balance technical and operational needs is a key aspect of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. - Required active participation and contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Lead efforts to optimize system configurations and integration workflows to enhance overall solution effectiveness. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of platform standards with evolving business goals. - Monitor and evaluate platform performance, recommending improvements to maintain high availability and reliability. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC). - Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and compliance requirements within enterprise environments. - Experience in configuring and managing SAP GRC modules to support governance and regulatory needs. - Ability to design and implement integration strategies between SAP GRC and other enterprise systems. - Familiarity with release management processes and tools to ensure smooth deployment cycles. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on maintaining system stability and performance.
