Apply AI and analytics methods, established frameworks and programming techniques to address HR challenges. • Talent and HR Analytics, data science, Python, data analysis, data modeling and programming. Adaptability, quick learning, teamwork, commitment to quality and analytical problem solving. What are we looking for? • Any graduation with 5 to 8 years of experience. Seeking a senior analyst able to work independently on daily assignments, solve increasingly complex problems, collaborate with peers and contribute to scalable analytics solutions. • Experience with AI platforms, enterprise scale analytics applications, advanced programming paradigms or communicating technical findings to business stakeholders is beneficial. Roles and Responsibilities: • Manage and analyze HR data to generate business insights and high impact data models. Build processes to collect, distill and interpret data from multiple sources for informed decision making. Apply AI and analytics techniques and existing frameworks, standards and patterns to address business and technical challenges. Write logical, maintainable code using appropriate programming paradigms. Analyze increasingly complex problems and communicate results to peers and stakeholders. Work with minimal instruction on routine tasks and moderate guidance on new assignments. Contribute as an individual performer and, where required, oversee a small work effort or team. Collaborate with Accenture peers and interact with client or management stakeholders as needed. Support quality and continuous learning. Rotational shifts may be required.
