· The Work: 7+ Yrs exp to Lead SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management (LMS) + PMGM / Compensation. · Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out offerings powered by SuccessFactors. Develop strong relationships with senior clients and gain the trust of key advisors. · Design, build, and configure SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management to meet customer business requirements and application requirements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Implementation experience on Learning Management with client facing roles · Additional hands-on experience in Employee Central and BizX Integration will be an added advantage · Worked on Integration of LMS with BizX, CDP modules along with other external systems · Well-versed with basic understanding of Employee Central · Provide day-to-day support · Responsible for configuration changes and/or enhancements to the application · Knowledge on Connector configurations, APM, Notifications, VLS, OCN. · Knowledge on PRD for Reporting · Learn about new releases and patches, configuration changes, impact analysis to ensure the stability of the application · Act as a SF subject matter expert by providing best practice guidance on business processes · Mentor associates and foster a learning and growth environment · Work directly with customer to analyze and document problem, recommend solution, initiate corrective actions, follow up on problem resolution and inform customer of status · Responsible for adhering to the current project management methodology while influencing best practices, process improvements and procedures · Interfaces with the customer to understand the customer’s overall objectives and requirements. · Update configuration workbook and Connector workbook when necessary · Participate in internal and client knowledge transfer sessions · Proactively review data and deliverables for issues and escalates as appropriate QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS · Qualification required- B.Tech/B.E./MBA/MCA/BBA/BCA · Certified in SuccessFactors Learning Management along with basic EC Core · Minimum 3-5 years of relevant and strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management module in Greenfield implementation, Rollout and AMS projects with global organizations across multiple geographies · Implementation/support experience with SuccessFactors Learning Management Management module (at least 2-4 implementation and Support projects experience ) · Shape SuccessFactors solutions to help the client solve complex situations · Excellent Communication skills and client management · Good understanding of the Business Processes · Ability to troubleshoot the issues raised by client · Ability to decode the functional design to resolve the issue · Ability to work on enhancements by gathering requirements from the client · Ability to create or update functional design documents · Ability to create test plan and test scripts for upgrades and patches Key Responsibilities ROLE OVERVIEW · The Work: 7+ Yrs exp to Lead SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management (LMS) + PMGM / Compensation. · Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out offerings powered by SuccessFactors.
